The Rock Cross Inn at Rock Village Hall
As the licensee of the Rock Village Hall we can provide a bar with, if required, welcome drinks, table wines and toasts etc. for almost any function.
- The Bar at the Village Hall stocks:-
- Draught Lager, Cider and some real ale.
- A choice of spirits, wines and soft drinks.
Other drinks can be provided on request. The pricing on Welcome drinks, table wines and toasts will vary dependent upon the Drinks requested and the numbers involved, and can be agreed with the licensee at the booking stage.
There is a booking fee of £50 plus VAT for providing the bar. Bookings are deemed to be provisional until this payment is made. The fee must be paid at least 14 days prior to your function date and is non-refundable after this time.

The Village hall is licensed via The Rock Cross Inn and as such only the licensee of The Rock Cross Inn is authorised to sell alcohol. Please notify us as soon as possible if you require a Pay Bar.
If you wish to supply your own alcohol for your function, this is fine as long as the event remains a private function and that no sale of alcohol takes place. The use of the beer raising equipment and glassware within the Bar area is not in these circumstances permitted.
You may wish to provide your own free issue drinks for part of the function and then have a pay bar in the evening. This is perfectly acceptable, however, whenever the bar is open all own supplied drinks must be withdrawn.
